Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of service. Senior Discounts and fee reductions can be applied for those with financial restraints. A 7% NJ State sales tax applies to service without a doctor's prescription.

Insurance Coverage: Although we do not directly bill for insurance coverage, we can provide you with a statement of services rendered that you can submit under your out of network benefits if these services are eligible under your plan for reimbursement.
